Restructuring Singapore OSV player EMAS Offshore (EOL) has lost a key new investor.
BTI, a subsidiary of BakerTechnology, has torn up a term sheet signed in December to pump in up to $50m in return for a majority stake.
But EMAS said: "Other potential investors have expressed an interest in the business operations and platform carried out by the group as well as certain vessels managed and owned by various EOL subsidiaries."
