Restructuring Norwegian LNG carrier owner IM Skaugen has changed its name ahead of a delisting from the Oslo exchange next month.
It agreed a comprehensive refinancing plan in April and applied for a Singapore scheme of arrangement in May as a shield from creditors.
In connection with the proposed refinancing plans, a name change to IMSK was suggested.
This has been approved at its AGM.
