Thai bulker owner Thoresen Thai Agencies (TTA) is selling new bonds worth THB 1.5bn ($46.32m) to fund growth.

The cash will also help pay off older debt.

The company said in a filing that the bonds will pay interest of 5% over three years and three months.

TTA will offer the notes between 16 and 18 October.

Asia Plus Securities, Globlex Securities, KGI Securities and Capital Nomura are arranging the sale.
