Ernst Russ unit Assetando Real Estate has added to its portfolio by taking over a fund managed by Engel & Volkers Capital.
It comprises property in North Rhine-Westphalia covering 20,000 square metres, with a mix of residential and commercial space.
Tenants have long-term secured leases.
Assetando has assets worth EUR 3bn ($3.44bn).
