Norway's Klaveness Combination Carriers (KCC) has completed a new stock issue that will see it bank NOK 350m ($40m).
It will issue 7.36m shares at a price of NOK 47.50 each.
The company was targeting a figure of between NOK 200m and NOK 400m to pay for two optional Cleanbu combination carriers at China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding.
