Zeaborn is seeking to expand its technical shipmanagement operation to about 250 ships.
The Bremen-based company is working on a strategic paper designed to consolidate small and medium-size German shipmanagers into the Zeaborn brand, managing partner Jan-Hendrik Tobbe said.
It will offer shares in return for shipmanagers moving their vessels into the Zeaborn operation.
