The former head of research at Cleaves Securities, Peter Michael Christensen, is suing the Norwegian investment bank for unpaid wages.
Christensen, 40, joined the company more than four years ago.
He resigned earlier this year and has now lodged a court claim totalling hundreds of thousands of krone.
