Grupo TMM has announced the appointment of a new chief financial officer (CFO) to replace Carlos Pedro Aguilar Mendez.
The Mexican shipowner said Benjamin Ampudia Alvarez will be its new financial boss.
He has more than 18 years of experience and has worked for Mexico’s Scotiabank and Banamex.
Grupo TMM’s move follows a quarterly loss of MXN 102.8m ($6.2m) for the company, which owns tankers and tugs.
