Norwegian chemical tanker owner Odfjell's biggest shareholder and chairman Laurence Odfjell has simplified his family's shareholding structure in a new share deal.
Danish investment company Norchem, in which he has a controlling interest, sold 607,302 B shares in Odfjell at NOK 32.80 each at the end of December.
The deal was worth a total of NOK 19.9m
