Malaysia and Singapore-based bunker supplier TMD Energy Ltd has listed on the New York Stock Exchange’s small-cap NYSE American exchange, making it the first Malaysian company to list on the US bourse.
TMD Energy raised $10.08m in its 21 April IPO, issuing 3.1m shares at $3.25 each, according to a company press release.
