Norwegian asset manager NRP has bought the Norwegian Maritime Competence Centre (NMK) in Alesund.
The 39,000-square-metre office cluster is part of Campus Alesund and is the home of some of the most important players in the maritime industry, NRP said.
It is the region’s main hub for education, science, research and commercial development and is located next to the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
