Oldendorff Carriers has secured a sale and bareboat charter back deal for six ultramax bulkers with China Development Bank Financial Leasing (CDB Leasing).
The Hong Kong-listed leasing company is paying $137.1m for the six 60,000-dwt bulkers, it confirmed in a regulatory filing.
CDB Leasing said it had already paid a 10% deposit for the vessels with the remaining 90% due on their delivery.
