Norwegian businessman Oystein Stray Spetalen has closed his takeover of shipping investment company SD Standard ETC on 88.1% ownership.
The mandatory offer for the Oslo-listed operation was launched by his Saga Pure company last month at NOK 1.90 per share.
The controlling stake acquired by Spetalen is now worth NOK 859.4m
