A proposed bankruptcy plan for Primorsk International Shipping estimates that a group of senior lenders will recover 81% of their more than $262m in loans to the Russian tanker owner.

The company, a shipowning affiliate of Alexander Kirilichev's Primorsk Shipping (Prisco), will pay out an estimated $212m to the lenders, according to papers filed with the US Bankruptcy Court in New York.
