Some were bound to be unhappy last week when Scorpio Bulkers sold half of its holding in sister public company Scorpio Tankers.

A couple of analysts wondered why Scorpio Bulkers did not sell earlier when the shares were worth more.

But others questioned why sell at all, or why not wait until the shares could be worth more again in the future?

As history shows, when liquidity becomes an issue, the Scorpio Group does not wait.
