Shares in Baltic ro-pax operator Tallink have fallen as much as 15% after it said it had ended a strategic review into potential new investment.

The company had begun the process last July to examine different ways forward, but nothing concrete appears to have emerged.

But it said in a statement: "In the course of the process, various strategic options were considered with the purpose of supporting the long-term strategy and development of the company.
