Zim is looking to raise between $322m and $382.4m from its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ZIM.

Israeli containership operator Zim disclosed that it has commenced an IPO of 17.5m ordinary shares of its share capital. The company is offering the stock at between $16 and $19 per share.

It is expected to price during the week of 25 January in what will be the first attempt at a major shipping IPO in the US since 2018.
