Exmar concluded a deal for Excelerate to take full ownership of Exmar's floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) business.
Exmar said the deal includes its 50% stake in the 138,000-cbm Excelerate (built 2006), the 151,000-cbm Explorer (built 2008) and Express (built 2009), and the 138,000-cbm Excelsior (built 2005).
All four FSRUs are under a long-term time charter to Excelerate Energy.
