South Korean start-up EPIK Co has signed a deal to develop a $430m floating storage and regasification unit import project in the Port of Newcastle on the east coast of Australia.
EPIK, which is fronted up by founder and managing director Jee Yoon, has signed a project development option agreement with the port allowing it start early works on the FSRU import terminal project “Newcastle LNG".
