Japan’s MOL is closing in on long-term, time-charter business for a second LNG newbuilding the shipowner has contracted at South Korea's DSME.
Senior company officials confirmed that MOL firmed up two LNG newbuildings at the South Korean yard, along with options for two additional vessels.

In December, German trader Uniper confirmed that it was chartering in a 180,000-cbm LNG carrier from MOL from 2020 under a 20-year deal.
