A 10th ice-breaking LNG carrier is scheduled to arrive at Yamal LNG’s Sabetta terminal in the Russian Arctic this week, after taking a month-long sea voyage via the Suez Canal rather than the faster Northern Sea Route (NSR).

The 172,600-cbm Nikolay Zubov arrived off the northern city of Murmansk last week and was due in Sabetta on 22 February.

The Arc7 LNG newbuilding left DSME’s Okpo shipyard on 12 January, ship-tracking data shows.
