Shipbroker Simpson Spence Young (SSY)'s derivatives broking subsidiary SSY Futures has become the first company to be accepted into a new category of membership on the London Metal Exchange (LME).
SSY Futures has been formally approved for the RIB (Recognised Introducing Broker) Tier II category, which allows the company to find counterparties for buyers and sellers, match these and then post deals onto the exchange.
