Spanish energy company Enagas is seeking offers on a floating solution that will allow it to develop two new LNG-import terminals for the Canary Islands, which have been in the making for more than 10 years.

Industry sources said the company has circulated an enquiry for either a small-scale, 30,000-cbm floating storage and regasification unit; or a floating regasification unit (FRU), combined with a separate floating storage unit (FSU).
