French containment system designer GTT is splashing out €194m ($219m) to buy Danish digital technology firm Danelec in its largest acquisition to date.
GTT, best known for its membrane cargo containment systems, said it has signed an agreement with European investment fund Verdane to acquire Danelec, whose data collection and analysis solutions are designed to enhance operational performance.
