Japan’s Mitsui OSK Lines has signed a time-charter deal with compatriot trader Mitsui & Co on an LNG carrier newbuilding the company ordered at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering in January.

MOL said on Friday that it had concluded a time-charter contract with Mitsui on a 174,000-cbm LNG newbuilding delivering “after 2024”.
