Ocean Yield will increase its investment in Geogas LNG, which owns part of France LNG Shipping (FLS).
The Norwegian sale-and-purchase specialist, backed by US private equity giant KKR, agreed to buy Access Capital Partners’ share of Geogas LNG.
Ocean Yield chief executive Andreas Rode said: “We are pleased to increase our exposure in FLS and further grow our presence in the LNG segment.
