Golar LNG’s new spin-off LNG carrier venture with Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) Cool Company (CoolCo) has secured its first fixture.
Brokers said the company has fixed one of its tri-fuel diesel-electric LNG carriers to Polish charterer Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG) that was seen in the market last week seeking three ships to take on one-year period hires.
