Top Ships plans to offload two MR2 tankers that it owns through a 50-50 joint venture with oil trader Gunvor.
The owner of 14 ecoships announced Friday that they penned agreements to sell 49,703-dwt sisterships Holmby Hills and Palm Springs (both built 2018) to unaffiliated third parties in deals set to close next month.
The Evangelos Pistiolis-led company did not disclose their selling prices but said it estimates the "cash release to the company" to range from $19m to $21m.
