Oslo-listed 2020 Bulkers has won charter extensions from Koch Supply and Trading for two of its Newcastlemax newbuildings delivered this year.
The company said the US charterer is adding 11 to 13 months to deals for the 208,000-dwt Bulk Santiago and Bulk Seoul, with a switch to an index-linked rate reflecting a significant premium to the Baltic 5TC index. The charters were fixed-rate previously.
