Norway’s Skuld has reported its worst underwriting results for at least nine years after a burst of costly claims in the final month of the financial year.
The Oslo-based insurer said 2024 was a “historically challenging year” after the club was hit by a surge in claims of $500,000 to $2m among its fleet, along with a raft of major claims that are shared between the biggest protection and indemnity players.
