The attorney that helped the US government secure more than $700m in fines from TechnipFMC and Keppel Offshore & Marine over bribery charges will spend a year on probation.
Jeffery Chow will serve his sentence from his home in Singapore and pay a $75,000 fine, according to papers filed in Brooklyn federal court.
