UK law firm Campbell Johnston Clark (CJC) has beefed up its protection and indemnity (P&I) operations in a takeover of the Shipowners' Club's in-house legal operation.
The company said it had agreed to acquire CTRL Marine Solutions from the insurer in a deal that "underlines the importance of P&I work to CJC".
Financial terms have not been disclosed.
