Idan Ofer’s Eastern Pacific Chartering (EPC) has emerged partly victorious from a bulker performance trial that left the judge baffled as to why it had reached court.
The Singapore company was seeking to recover $100,000 in unpaid hire from Cypriot shipping company Pola Maritime.
