California's JMB Shipping has filed another lawsuit against Unico Marine over issues with one of its recently acquired articulated tug barges.
An affiliate, JMB Shipping ATB 284, said Unico abruptly broke a six-month bareboat charter for the 4,000-bhp Rubia (built 2014), abruptly redelivering the ship last month.
JMB said Dubai-based Unico failed to make a charter payment on 30 September, which JMB notified it of the next day.
