Two South Korean shipyards are owed at least $221m by jailed former shipowner Nobu Su's TMT and its affiliates, a London court has ruled.

The sum represents outstanding payments for shipbuilding contracts owed by the collapsed Taiwanese shipping group to Hyundai Heavy Industries and Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, according to a written judgment by High Court Judge Nigel Teare. Both yards are part of South Korean giant Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings.
