Oslo shipbroker Nueva Seas is searching for the outfit it alleges bilked it out of more than $100,000 in a frozen-chicken deal gone wrong.
The company said in a lawsuit filed on Tuesday that it thought it had come to a deal to buy frozen chicken paws and chicken wings from Brazilian meat processing giant JBS in September for $178,200.
