A Russian cargo ship carrying arms into India has been arrested over an unpaid bunker invoice.
The Times of India reported a court order was issued on Monday for the detention of Transmorflot’s 12,700-dwt Maia 1 (built 2006).
The vessel is docked at Cochin Port Trust (CPT).
