The US has blacklisted a Cuban firm that the island country allegedly used to get around sanctions to its state-run oil company.
Corporacion Panamericana was said to have been swapped in for the Cuban state-run oil import and export company, Cubametales, in various business arrangements.
Counterparties have refused to deal with Cubametales, citing US
