Diana Containerships will soon have five vessels in its fleet.
The Greek owner has signed, through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary, a memorandum of agreement to sell the 6,494-dwt Hamburg (built 2009) for $21m before commissions.
The ship will be delivered to an unaffiliated third party by 31 July, the Simeon Palios-led company said today.
The post-panamax has a market value of $21.8m
