Maritime services company Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) has sold off its freight forwarding business as it focuses on marine operations.
The buyer is Investment Corporation of Dubai.
"This follows a strategy review where it was concluded that due to limited synergies, the marine and freight forwarding businesses should operate separately."
ISS remains under the ownership of Istithmar World.
