State oil firm Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (Adnoc) is plotting an initial public offering (IPO) for its shipping arm.
Adnoc Logistics & Services (Adnoc L&S) could be floated in Abu Dhabi next year, two separate sources told Reuters.
Any deal would be subject to investor appetite and market conditions, they said.
