Belships' former leading shareholder Sverre Tidemand has capitalised on a strong showing for the Oslo-listed bulker owner's stock this year.
The director and investor's Sonata company sold 5m shares at NOK 13 each on Monday for proceeds of NOK 65m ($7.2m).
Sonata now holds 5.04% in Belships.
The stock was trading at NOK 14.60
