Two ships, one manager and the ripples of a dispute with a banana giant

Two Interunity Management-linked companies sued each other in US federal court in a very brief legal spat that followed a vessel seizure by banana giant Chiquita.

Robin 4 Shipping sued Robin 5 Shipping in the US federal court in Delaware Friday seeking to garnish Robin 5 property totalling $7.5m.

The shipowner took the move after its eponymous 2,872-teu container ship Robin 4 (built 2007) was seized in Chile.
