Tanker owners are dealing with more “unwelcome news” after a storm halted crude exports from the CPC Pipeline at Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk.

Shipments had stopped since 22 March after a diver examination of the single point mooring (SPM) equipment revealed damage to two of three buoys.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said oil shipments may not restart for up to two months.
