Dutch shipping fund NBZ is aiming to further reduce its exposure to multipurpose ships after nine vessels in its investment portfolio were sold over the past 15 months.

The Amsterdam-listed investor in tankers, bulkers, gas carriers and container vessels has also acquired stakes in three vessels over the same period.

NBZ said four tankers, two container ships and three dry cargo vessels have exited the fleet in 2021 and so far in 2022.
