Norway’s restructuring DOF Group has scooped a vital new Brazilian charter for an anchor-handling tug supply ship (AHTS).

The company, which is trying to secure a long-term refinancing of $2bn of debt, said the charter with oil major Petrobras is worth $70m over a firm three-year period.

The deal involving the 31,637-bhp Skandi Iguacu (built 2012), including remotely operated vehicle capability, also has two years of options attached.
