Eidesvik Offshore has appointed experienced oil and gas executive Helga Cotgrove as chief financial officer.
The Oslo-listed offshore vessel owner said the former Halliburton director of corporate development will join on 1 October at the latest.
She is replacing Tore Byberg, who said in April that he would leave on 30 July to become finance chief at subsea desalination company Waterise.
