Finland’s ESL Shipping has added to its series of innovative electric hybrid bulker newbuildings in India as it launches a new pool.
Subsidiary AtoB@C Shipping has declared an option for five more 5,300-dwt vessels at the Chowgule & Company shipyard, bringing the total to 12.
Of these, six have been sold on to a company formed by a group of unnamed investors.
