Japanese giant K Line is forming a domestic alliance to beef up offshore wind farm operations in a growing market.
Its joint venture K Line Wind Service (KWS), with affiliated shipowner Kawasaki Kinkai Kisen, has signed a memorandum of understanding with compatriot owner Penta Ocean Construction (POC).
The partners will work on vessel management and building new ships.
