VLCC pool company Tankers International’s fleet grew strongly in 2022, aided by the sector recovery.
The UK operation said a buoyant end to the year meant the number of tankers it operates totalled 66 from eight different owners.
Modern tonnage has joined the pool, bringing the average age down.
